Micro Poem- Memories

Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.
-Robert Frost

Pocket-sized poems, though challenging to compose, say a lot in the tight economy of words. With sparse room for moving build-up and no scope for meandering, these tiny verses harness emotions in just a few lines.
Efficient, impressive, and economical, they are my favorite.

I composed this micro verse for a prompt-based contest. The prompt was to weave a tiny poem on ‘Memories’ This verse was chosen as one of the winners.
